Registered Nurse (RN)/RN Supervisor & Weekend Supervisor
***SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $7500***
SHIFT: Full-Time, Part-Time, All Shifts Supervisory for 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, and weekends
STARTING RATE: $34.00-$41.00/hr DOE, Position and possible sign on bonus up to $7500

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Registered Nurse may supervise duties performed by LPN's and CNA's in a team care setting under the direction of the Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor and/or Director of Nursing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct care and treatment to long term and rehabilitation residents
- Provide assessment and documentation of residents under their care
- Initiates and administers Intravenous treatments
- Communicates with the Nursing team and Medical team as appropriate
- Reviews and Evaluates the resident care plan
- Transcribes Physician orders
- May assist in orientating new staff
- Maintains competency in all site-specific tasks required by the facility
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Education Required:
- High School or better
- Associates or better in Nursing
Preferred: Bachelors or better in Nursing
Licenses & Certifications Required:
- RN
