Position Title: Radiologic Technologist Operating Room
Location: Temple, TX
Shift Details:
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Call: 1-2 days per pay period
- Shift Per Week: 5
- Scheduled Hours: 40
- Minimum Rate Per Hour: $25
- Maximum Rate Per Hour: $36
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Operating Room (OR) team for day shifts in Temple, TX. The ideal candidate must live within 30 minutes of the facility. You will perform high-quality intraoperative imaging procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients while maintaining strict adherence to protocols and standards.
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Surgical Preparation: Discuss any special needs with the surgeon before surgery, and prepare instruments and the operating room in a timely manner.
- Patient and Equipment Preparation: Position patients and equipment correctly, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety requirements, infection control policies, and radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including patient history, procedural details, and equipment use, following all department policies.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout the process.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
- Certification/License:
- ARRT-R Radiography (ARRT-R) certification required.
