MaineHealth Franklin Hospital is seeking an experienced Advance Practice Provider (APP - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Occupational Health Group. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work with an established growing group of professionals with over 108 years of combined experience. The APP will provide medical care and occupational health services to the patients within the scope of their privileges under the general direction of the Director of Occupational Health. The certified practitioner will maintain prescriptive authority and comply with licensure requirements. A preference for individuals with training or experience in Occupational Health is desirable but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Three years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred but not required.
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- DOT Certification required within 6 months of employment.
