Job Title: Speech Therapist - Speech (230004BD)
Description: The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for Speech Therapy services and to evaluate, assess and treat patients’ speech, voice and language function for the purpose of rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree from an accredited Speech and Language Pathology program.
- Experience: One year experience in a clinical setting (New graduates acceptable).
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Possess good organization skills, effective oral and written communication skills in the English language, ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment, proficiency in Modified Barium Swallow Study preferred.
- Licenses/Certificates: Current Florida license as a Speech and Language Pathologist; BLS certification; Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) in Speech Pathology from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association or eligibility for certification pending professional experience or equivalent.
