Salary: $95,000.00 - $136,000.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the surgical services department, ensuring efficient and high-quality care.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of surgical professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance departmental performance and patient outcomes.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the surgical services budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality care.
- Compliance: Ensure all surgical activities comply with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve surgical services, patient safety, and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, physicians, and hospital leadership to coordinate care and optimize resources.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in surgical services or a related field.
- Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Iowa or eligibility to obtain one.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and improving surgical services.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
