Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a talented team just outside of Salem, OR.
Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day, seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care, from birth to acute concerns and chronic illness.
- Number of patients seen per day: 15 – 18
- EMR is EPIC
- Scheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / week
- Each clinic includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, and community health workers.
