Interventional Cardiology Opportunity (Partnership) near Dayton & Columbus, Ohio
Joining an established group of 3 Cardiologists - 1 Cardiologist is phasing out to retirement and there is a huge need.
Competitive starting Base Salary: $350K + bonuses/incentives (Year 1 and Year 2)

On Call Schedule at Hospital:
2 physicians on call rotation for our practice. Schedule can be decided between the two physicians and new physician. Rarely would the physician be called into the hospital in the middle of the night for this.
Cath Labs at local hospital:
4 cath labs, all used for interventions. Scheduling rotation works on a first come first serve basis.
Our Office:
4 ACLS certified RNs, 1 CNMT, 1 Medical Sonographer, 5 administrative staff, 1 Office Manager, 1 full-time IT. All staff are BLS certified.
EMR: We are completely EMR and have been since 2004 (Nextgen).
Quarterly QA Meetings: Monthly Patient Satisfaction Surveys done.
