We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques will be essential in providing effective patient care. This position is based in a hospital setting and may involve working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing pain and preventing further injury.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in trigger point therapy and acute care is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
