Bay State Physical Therapy is looking for physical therapists with interest in research to work in one of our outpatient clinics in Massachusetts. This position combines treatment of an orthopedic caseload along with direct involvement in multicenter clinical outcomes studies, allowing opportunity to be on a team with focused goals of publication in peer-reviewed journals as well as progressing evidence-based practice knowledge within the profession. Working in partnership with a university physical therapy program, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, responsibilities will include ongoing interaction with both professors and students.
Baystate Physical Therapy strives to be a leader in quality-based initiatives, with regular in-house clinical education programs directed by well-regarded instructors in orthopedic physical therapy. Our newly developed clinical research team is intended to align with this clinical education program in furthering the company’s commitment to effective quality care.
No prior research experience is required, and new grads as well as experienced therapists are invited to apply. The primary attributes of the candidate we seek are enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Moving expenses are included with the sign-on package.
