About the role:
As the Experiential Learning Program Manager, you will have the exciting responsibility of developing strategy and program launches around Experiential Learning technology, to support commercial and education activities in Professional Education, Sales Training, Exhibits and Events and R&D Training. By providing organizing key insights, developing operational plans & providing exceptional customer experiences you will make a measurable impact across diverse areas.
You will define and steer high-level goals and roadmaps, track and communicate progress, and establish functional requirements for new products and features. This role demands a strong technical background, an understanding of system architecture, and the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and organizations to drive results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Encompasses Virtual Reality platforms & customized content development, as well as other Experiential Tech & Programs that empower BSC to deploy Mixed Reality (MR) and VR hardware, along with immersive experiences for professional use. Working closely with top-tier consultant development teams and leaders across the organization, you'll lead the charge in delivering pioneering VR and other Experiential learning solutions.
- Conduct Experiential Learning Landscape and Tech Assessments for adoption consideration at BSC.
- Author strategic plans for experiential learning, including Video Coaching, AI authoring, Digital Simulation, and 360 videos.
- Collaborate across functions (Sales training, Endo Innovation Center, Digital Marketing, Exhibits and Events, R&D, ExpertLink, MedSurg IT) to define needs and support strategic planning and execution.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the customer journey to create exceptional experiences.
- Plan AOP/Budget for Experiential Learning and develop business cases.
- Develop and prioritize experiential learning content; collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities and events.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess program performance and identify growth opportunities; prepare regular reports on operational metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Lead technical discussions as a cross-functional partner, providing thought leadership and designing strategy frameworks.
- Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans, ensuring on-time delivery; manage risks and changes effectively.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in educational technology or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a program manager, leading complex software, learning development programs or related combined experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with administering VR.
- Experience in delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery is necessary.
- Proficient in gathering user requirements and defining project scope.
- Proven communication skills, including translating non-technical requirements into technical discussions and vice versa, are essential.
- Experience working with technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products is required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Product Development: Background in working with product teams to develop and deliver customer-focused products, with technical knowledge of underlying platforms and technologies.
