How you make a difference

The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of EHR products from start to finish, including training, configuration, and go-live support. They will work closely with on-site operational resources and the EHR implementation and help desk teams to ensure a smooth implementation process. The position also involves providing end-user support and timely resolution of any issues to ensure uninterrupted healthcare services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the entire EHR implementation process, including training, configuration, and go-live support.
Supervise the EHR implementation team and work closely with the Level 2 support manager and Project Managers for issue resolution and interface setup.
Stay up-to-date with product updates and features through monthly training and develop/improve training, implementation, and support strategies.
Monitor key metrics and identify/manage project risks to ensure successful go-lives.
Maintain project documents and develop positive relationships with internal and external project stakeholders while managing team activities and providing status updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

High school or above

Experience

Management experience
Experience in clinical setting preferred
Experience in jails/prisons preferred

Licenses/Certifications

None required, although current state license with no restrictions preferred
