Our well-established and highly reputable Urology Clinic is adding a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or PhysicianAssistant who possesses empathy, talent, drive, and a "patients first"mentality.
* Our ideal candidate willbring a positive and caring personality, is innovative, autonomous as well as ateam player and have gynecological experience.
* This position is located atthe Urology Clinic in Colorado Springs.
* Hospital, clinic, and ORrotation. No Call.
* First assist experiencerequired.
PREFERRED: Gynecology or Urology Experience.
REQUIRED: Family Nurse Practitioner candidates must have full prescriptiveauthority to be considered for this position.

The pay range for this position is $49.86 - $69.12 / hour. Pay is dependent onthe applicant's relevant experience. UCHealth offers a Five Year IncentiveBonus to recognize employee's contributions to our success in quality, patientexperience, organizational growth, financial goals, and tenure with UCHealth.The bonus accumulates annually each October and is paid out in Octoberfollowing completion of five years' employment.
Requirements for Physician Assistants
* Master's Degree in PhysicianAssistant Studies
* Unrestricted license topractice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado.
* Physician AssistantCertification (PA-C) issued by the National Commission for Certification of * Physician Assistants (NCCPA)is required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment
* Unrestricted DrugEnforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonlyprescribed in the course of practice.*Eligible to provide services reimbursableservices and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
* Eligible to provide serviceswith no sanctions or exclusion from either the Health and Human Services/Officeof Inspectors General (HHS/OIG) or the General Services Administration's (GSA)List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
* Unrestricted medical staffmembership, with appropriate practice privileges.
* Prescriptive authority asappropriate, per medical staff service privileging process.
* Basic Life Support (BLS)certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American RedCross
