Job Description:
Psychologist needed for a long-term contract assignment in Bend, Oregon for a 13-bed inpatient rehab unit with an outpatient caseload as well. The role includes:
- Providing psychology services to rehabilitation programs, including direct assessment and treatment.
- Program development and serving as a resource to teams for complex issues.
- Planning and providing psychological assessment and treatment programs.
- Advising and consulting as a resource to rehab teams, other rehab professionals, and physicians.
- Preparing reports for patient records and summary reports on psychology services.
- Developing psychology programs to meet the needs of the changing organization and changes in health care delivery.
- Providing the team with interpretation of assessment results and making pertinent recommendations.
