Pay: $32.71/per hour plus fringe benefit of $10.01/hr. ($7.51 H&W / $2.50 401k contribution)
Hours: Sunday to Thursday: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (must be able to work other shifts if needed - Monday through Sunday and some overtime)
- Shift Differential: 4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Job Descriptions:
- Minimum Qualification: Eight (8) years commercial journeyman experience in Electrical, HVAC, service & repair, along with educational equivalent of completion of approved training program. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum Certification Requirements: Universal EPA Certification, Trade school diploma
- Experience Substitution for Education:
- Prior supervisory experience a plus.
- Educational equivalent of completion of approved training program in HVAC or Electrical.
Job Duties:
- Must be able to install, troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose and repair various commercial Electrical and HVAC specialties. Also, be able to do the same on light refrigeration and steam specialties. Johnson Metasys and DDC experience needed. Will be required to carry a Smart Phone (company provided) and will be on call 24/7. Much of the day will be spent overseeing and assisting in preventive maintenance tasks and work requests being performed by HVAC technicians, seeing that their work tasks are completed in a timely manner. The jobsite consists of laboratory buildings, office buildings, central utilities plant and a maintenance shop.
- Must provide verifiable experience with office buildings and data centers operations and maintenance. Experienced with air handling units, VAVs and PIUs and computer room units.
- Responsible for directing HVAC technicians, electricians and other trades in the repair of HVAC systems including AHUs, VAVs, PIUs, etc.
- Work hours very, mainly day shift with weekends off but must be able to work any shift.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the Position:
- Must be familiar with office and laboratory building operations and maintenance. Experienced with Phoenix valves, VAVs and PIUs. Experienced in maintenance of positive pressured clean rooms, negative pressure labs and in the operations of building automation systems.
- Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and electronically. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:
- Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
