Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring group, benefit & eligibility information is loaded to applicable systems in a timely and accurate manner, and for ensuring that group/member information is available by contract effective date in order to support claim and customer service processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of dental experience OR 6 years of dental experience.
- Business systems experience.
- Knowledge of dental insurance terminology.
- Knowledge of HCSC, business processes, and customers.
- Analytical skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience meeting deadlines.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient, and flexible.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- LOMA certification
- Dental customer service experience
This is a flex role working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Base Pay Range:
$36,500.00 - $76,500.00
