Job SummaryThis Position Is Responsible For Ensuring Group, Benefit & Eligibility Information Is Loaded To Applicable Systems In A Timely And Accurate Manner, And For Ensuring That Group/Member Information Is Available By Contract Effective Date In Order To Support Claim And Customer Service Processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental experience OR 6 years of Dental experience.
- Business systems experience.
- Knowledge of Dental insurance terminology.
- Knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers.
- Analytical skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience meeting deadlines.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- LOMA certification
- Dental customer service
