Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a full-time Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a family-oriented primary care team in northern California. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a well-established, long-standing group while focusing on outpatient care only. The team is highly collegial, but you will have plenty of autonomy in this role as well as the ability to build your own patient panel. Job Details
- Full-time employment with Providence Medical Group qualifies for eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Outpatient care only

- Compensation is between $148,639 and $201,225 per year
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
