Location:
- Spring Street Dental - 261 Spring Street Cobourg, ON. K9A 3K3
- Got Smile Napanee - 34 Jim Kemmett Blvd, Unit 6 Napanee, Ontario K7R 0B4
- West End Dental Centre - 499 Dundas St W. Trenton, ON K8V 6C4
- Lighthouse Dental - 1900 Division Street, Unit #140 Cobourg, Ontario K9A 5V2
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday as needed
- Clinical Focus: General Dentistry, Restorative, Significant Volume of Oral Surgery.
- Term: Full-Time Permanent
- Wage: $200,000 - $400,000
- Experience Required: 2+ years
- Language requirement: English

Opportunity: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team and support 4 practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who is passionate about general dentistry and has experience or a strong interest in restorative procedures, oral surgery, and orthodontics. As an associate within the group of practices, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment alongside experienced colleagues and dedicated support staff.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a licensed dentist with a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. We are looking for someone who is skilled in general dentistry procedures and is eager to expand their scope of practice to include restorative, oral surgery, and orthodontic treatments. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and execute treatment plans to address patient needs, including restorative and preventive care.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and recommend preventive measures.
- Collaborate with dental professionals and manage patient care for optimal oral health outcomes.
About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
