Our company was founded in 2005 and serves the Central Florida geriatric population. We are a large practice with over 25 practitioners that serve the skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and our homebound patients in the comfort of their home in 14 counties. We are committed to providing excellent care to our patients and buildings while reducing readmissions into the hospital.
Our medical practice is looking for an experienced Behavioral Health ARNP or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing high quality medical care to our patients. Our practice provides mobile medical care to geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and patients' home throughout all Central Florida.

Requirements
- Duly licensed provider in the State of Florida, with unrestricted licenses to practice
- Current DEA license for APRN
- Proven experience as a APRN
- Professional bedside manner
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 1+ years as Behavioral Health APRN or PA experience
- Responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients and facilities
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
