Director of Outpatient Services Opportunity
El Paso Behavioral Health System is a private 167-bed psychiatric hospital located in El Paso, Texas, specializing in mental health and chemical dependency care. We provide a wide range of services and programs that offer evidence-based treatment proven to have positive outcomes for our patients. Our inpatient and outpatient services offer supportive and compassionate care through specialty programs tailored to meet the needs of our patients.
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the overall operational administration of the Outpatient Services Department. As a member of senior management, this position ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent with the facility's goals and objectives, and actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing and providing total patient care and services. Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer while maintaining a collaborative working relationship and communication with all Senior Management members.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree specializing in a clinical related mental health area and TX licensure required (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC). Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the psychiatric/mental health field; experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred.
