Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests in areas such as Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
- Verify, record, and report test results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhere to all quality control procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with specimen collection, preparation, and storage.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in lab meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- MLT (ASCP) certification or equivalent, or eligibility to sit for certification.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
