Job Summary:
As an Early Childhood Mental Health Professional, you will provide individual and family therapy or skills to improve the quality of individual and family lives. You will provide services to individuals representing a broad range of mental health symptoms and associated functional impairments concerns. You will complete diagnostic assessments to develop appropriate treatment plans and provide clinical oversight of each treatment plan. You will maintain compliance with mental health clinic statutes including monthly clinical supervision, staff meetings, and medical consultation. You will also be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings and training.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master's degree and LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) required. Licensure must be active and in good standing with respective Licensing Board.
- Must adhere to licensure ethics and regulations.
- In-service training/education is required to maintain licensure.
- Experience and knowledge of the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) categories representing the range of mental health disorders.
- Working knowledge and experience in providing therapeutic interventions and therapy approaches considered as the best practice of treating the presenting concern, including trauma-informed therapies.
- A valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Check.
- Successfully complete the requirements of a background check, including MS 604.20.
- Able to assess and treat the mental health of clients.
- Must have the following skills: organizational, decision making, critical thinking, analytical, coaching, leadership, conflict resolution, interpersonal effectiveness, accountability, and the ability to demonstrate professional boundaries.
Preferred:
• Experience working with infants and children.
• Training in early childhood mental health, DC: 0-5 assessments.
• PCIT or CPP training.
