We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a full-time position (PMHNP) in our Appleton, WI, location.
Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth, or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $109,513 - $147,146 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based on experience and metric achievement.
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Two years of post-licensure experience
- Strong diagnostic and evaluation skills
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Ability to provide patient education regarding medication treatment adherence and aftercare services
- Ability to provide psychiatric assessment
- Experience with health psychology
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and can quickly build rapport with clients
- Ability to counsel patients using advanced psychotherapeutic techniques, including in group settings, if needed
- Experience working with older adults
- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Working with patients with chronic medical conditions
