TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Cardiac Theatre Department on behalf of an Acute Hospital based in Cork.
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements:
- Registered general nurse
- Be on the live register with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
- Up to date knowledge and experience of theatre practices
- Minimum of three years post registration clinical experience
- Minimum three years experience in a people management role
- Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
- Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skill
