Job Summary:
Provide personal nursing services to enhance the quality of care for all healthcare beneficiaries at the 51st Medical Group. The LVN/LPN will support the Flight and Operational Medical Clinic by performing various medical tasks and contributing to policy implementation and improvement.

Location:51st Medical Group, Osan Air Base, Korea
Schedule: 07:00 AM -05:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Provide LVN/LPN services in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations.
Perform administrative quality reviews, vitals, collect samples, administer medications, perform tests, and clinical exams.
Manage patient records in MHS GENESIS, ASIMS, AIMWTS, and PEPP.
Follow methods for controlling and preventing diseases as per CDC guidelines.
Ensure all medical records are documented correctly and comply with HIPAA.
Maintain proficiency in MHS GENESIS, Aeromedical Services Information Management System (ASIMS), and other electronic medical record systems.
Complete all mandatory annual training and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Completed formal training program to practice as a LVN/LPN from a US jurisdiction.
Certification: Maintain current certification in BLS/CPR and ACLS.
Licensure: Hold and maintain a current, active, valid, unrestricted license to practice as a LVN/LPN from a US jurisdiction.
Experience: At least two years of full-time experience in care coordination, discharge planning, or case management in a medical setting within the last four years.
