Management position responsible for the start-up and daily operations and patient care in an outpatient clinic setting that has a large volume of orthopedic surgeries. Multidisciplinary hospital-based therapy to include PT, OT, and Speech. This is a new service line for this location and will also provide pediatric therapy. This is a beautiful clinic with great views and will have state-of-the-art equipment for neuro and orthopedic therapy.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ to 5 years experience
- Masters degree in PT or OT
- BLS certification
- Must have proven successful experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar start-up outpatient therapy setting.
- Must have at least 5-8 years clinical experience and 3-5 years management experience in marketing, community and physician relations, operations, and patient care.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate should have worked for similar large healthcare corporations within the USA.
