Our Team
Cooley Dickinson Medical Group Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is where experienced, highly trained professionals advance the health of patients through specialized, expert treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal (bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons) problems. The practice's holistic approach to orthopedics involves coordination of personalized services within the practice and with other providers, to ensure a comprehensive range of care to people of all ages. We have combined expertise in all major orthopedic specialties, including sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, hand & upper extremities, joint replacement and spine care.
We are located at 4 West Street West Hatfield, MA 01088.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Per Diem, RN to pick up a minimum of 2, 8-hours shifts a month from 8:30am-5:00pm. We can be flexible on exact days based on employee availability!
Dedicated to phone triage, the RN will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required.
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN required.
- Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association required prior to hire.
- Orthopedic Nursing experience preferred.
- Phone Triage experience preferred.
