- 40+ years serving the Sonoma County community near Santa Rosa
- Advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment including MRI, CT, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, and Fluoroscopy
- Specialized services in Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Emergency and Critical Care
Leadership Role Overview: As Technician Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee and mentor a team of veterinary technicians
- Ensure high-quality patient care and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with veterinarians and hospital leadership to maintain operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement in technical skills and protocols
- Foster a positive, supportive work environment that promotes professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technician scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Coordinate with other supervisors to optimize patient care
- Oversee technical procedures, including radiography, venipuncture, and emergency response
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for technical services
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
Qualifications:
- Certified Veterinary Technician (preferred or working towards)
- 3+ years of veterinary experience, with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency in veterinary software and technical equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 pounds
