UrgentVet is now open in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania! We are seeking relief coverage!
UrgentVet bridges the gap between daytime general practice and emergency/overnight care, offering after-hours care for canine and feline patients without the additional expense of emergency clinic fees. Our practices offer care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia, and each of our paperless clinics is specially designed to deliver efficient care and equipped with cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and a full suite of IDEXX in-house lab equipment. Shifts are 3-11pm on weekdays, 10am-8pm on weekends.
Here are our current scheduling incentives:
- If you book 5 shifts or more in a calendar month, you receive a $500 bonus.
- If you book 10 shifts or more in a calendar month, you receive a $1000 bonus.
- Receive a $500 bonus per relief referral who picks up 5 shifts after you have worked one.
We are seeking a relief veterinarian to cover shifts at our practice. If you are an experienced vet, more recent graduate, or someone interested in venturing into relief, we want to hear from you! A variety of different shifts are available to accommodate all kinds of schedules.
The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Excellent client communication and high-quality medicine is required.
Relief Veterinarian Information:
Qualification: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university and a license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
