Responsibilities
Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we‘re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population.
The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Director - Business Office is responsible for the overall accuracy of outstanding accounts receivable to include charges, contractual allowances, payments, and balance due for the facility. Completes management reports required to monitor billing/collection activity. Provides leadership and supervision to the business office team and is a resource for other departmental managers related to business office functions.

Qualifications
Total education, vocational training and experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
- Three (3) to four (4) years experience in Business Office applications in acute or psychiatric facility.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in direct supervision of hospital office management functions, preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of third party and private insurance reimbursement regulations.
- Billing and collection experience.
- Must be familiar with AS 400 computer system.
- Must be able to identify and analyze financial and statistical problems and recommend action to resolve them.
- Must be able to exert initiative in making independent judgments in performance of duties.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with knowledge of telephone etiquette.
- Ability to supervise subordinate staff to achieve effective delivery of services.
- Must have stable emotional makeup to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Willingness to adjust personal schedule in order to complete workload.
