Leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process.

Position Requirements:
- Five (5) years progressive clinical and management experience.
- Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates skills in human relations and human & material resource management.
- Evidence of ability to provide exceptional clinical and administrative nursing leadership.
- Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies.
- Proficient in PC and computer applications.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Master’s degree is preferred or as required by State Regulatory Agencies.
License Requirements:
- Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
- BLS certification.
Ideal Candidate:
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years perioperative management experience.
Ideal candidate should have worked for the following company(ies): Hospital Experience.
