You believe that providing hospice care is a privilege.
Whether you’ve had a personal experience with hospice, or you’ve had the opportunity to provide care for someone at the end of life, you understand the importance of providing gentle, compassionate hospice care. You know that the time you spend with both the patient and their family is precious, and you do your best to make each visit a calming and comfortable experience for all. Giving people the opportunity to receive care in the comfort of their own home is important to you, and you are comfortable working independently. If you feel called to pursue a career providing hospice care, please consider sharing your passion with Ohio Living as a Hospice RN Case Manager.
Why Ohio Living is different
- Build relationships. More than any other area of nursing, hospice care allows you to foster a bond with patients and their families that is unlike any other. You’ll enjoy the appreciation and closeness that make your work more rewarding.
- Be independent. You can handle your day your way, as long as you are self-motivated, professional and efficient in your time management. These roles offer excellent balance with mainly daytime hours.
- Many ways to care. It takes a special person to deliver the skill and compassion needed for hospice care. Ohio Living also offers home health nursing or nursing at our residences, should you wish to explore new areas.
- Support and rewards. While you will be working independently, we are always here when you need support. We offer the technology you need for patient records. Rewards include mileage reimbursement.
- Attractive pay and benefits. We offer everything you expect, plus a retirement plan, paid time off, education assistance, pay advances up to $500 and recognition programs.
