Location: Utica, NY
Duties Include:
- Evaluate Residents and develop a treatment plan that meets their needs.
- Choose activities that help Residents carry out daily tasks independently.
- Observe Residents as they perform assigned tasks.
- Assess the progress of Residents and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Assist in rehabilitating Residents disabled due to injury, illness, or other problems.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure Resident confidentiality by monitoring information processing.
- Document Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams and contribute to team efforts.
Requirements Include:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
- Current New York State License.
- Experience is a plus.
