Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Administrator to provide administrative skills to manage the operations of an In-Home Care agency, which provides non-medical and medical services to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the care of individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Supervise and coordinate home community care services
- Monitor patient health status and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Proven experience as In-home care administrator, assisted living, or similar settings
- Knowledge of care planning processes and procedures
- Familiarity with memory care practices
- Ability to work independently and manage patient needs effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of long-term care principles and practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.32 - $28.10 per hour
