Overview: We are looking for the next Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to join our team! This is a full-time, in-office position. Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educate and train hearing aid users on best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs to hearing aids, earmolds, and cleaning of hearing aids.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Engage in local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories, while maintaining a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic financial KPIs.
- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio.
