Overview: We are looking for the next Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to join our team! This is a full-time, in-office position. Responsibilities:

Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educate and train hearing aid users on best practices.
Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs to hearing aids, earmolds, and cleaning of hearing aids.
Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
Engage in local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories, while maintaining a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic financial KPIs.
Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio.
