ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Speech Language Pathologist is to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/family speech therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years). The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. This role includes addressing educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers, managing patient care assignments, and performing other related duties as needed.
QualificationsRequired:
- Master Degree
- Certified Speech Language Pathology (National) - Must obtain Certified Speech Language Pathology (National) within 24 months of hire.
- Speech Language Pathology (KY)
Desired:
- One year speech/language pathology in a healthcare setting.
- Doctorate Degree
