The Nursing Department Director is the designated leader for the Med/Surg unit. The Nursing Director plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the Nursing unit activities. This position provides direction, support, and guidance to the Nursing staff and aids in their professional development. The Nursing Director is responsible for 24-hour accountability.
Population Served: Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions/diagnosis requiring medical intervention.
Minimum Requirements: RN license required.
