About the clinician's workday

The position is available to start ASAP and will run until the end of January or early February. Credentialing takes 2-3 weeks and requires a physical and three reference letters. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-5 or 9-6, for a 40-hour week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch, but they are open to 3-day work weeks. Both MDs and NPs/PAs are considered, with a preference for MDs or NPs. The role includes minimal call, rotating every other month. MDs can expect 14-16 patients per day, and NPs/PAs 12-14, treating patients aged 0-18. Required certifications include NY license, DEA, BLS, and Board Certification/Eligibility, with COVID vaccination mandatory. The EMR system is ECW, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable with the patient community and handling back-to-school forms.
