This position will allow you to engage with patients throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking a Senior Embryologist to join our dedicated team in Milwaukee. This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 8 AM to 4 PM, though some days may be quieter and others busier. Flexibility is offered, some weekend work required with time off in lieu.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee laboratory personnel, scheduling, and performance
- Set up and maintain the lab, including purchasing and maintaining equipment
- Perform all embryology duties up to and including ICSI and embryo biopsy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Manage batch processing and lab inventory for high-volume demands
- Stay current with advancements in embryology and implement new techniques
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments for continuous improvement
- Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support lab goals
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate (PhD) degree in Biological Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a clinical IVF laboratory
- AAB Technical Supervisor Certification in Andrology and Embryology preferred
- Strong computer literacy and technical skills, including experience with laboratory equipment, HVAC systems, and alarm systems
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$110,000-$160,000 annually
The compensation range for this position is between $110,000-$160,000 per Year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
