JOB TITLE: WSVL Student Employee
JOB PURPOSE: To support diagnostic laboratory efforts at WSVL.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Varies depending on the laboratory section. Would involve any of the following: sample collection, sample accessioning, sample setups, diagnostic lab testing.
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Willingness to learn, attention to detail, basic understanding of workplace safety and biosafety.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current UW Student
- Some laboratory experience
