What you’ll do:
- Assist in preparing medications, managing inventory, and delivering medications and pharmacy supplies throughout the organization consistent with regulatory requirements and hospital policy.
- Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, including non-antineoplastic hazardous medications.
- Assist with medication area inspections within the pharmacy and throughout the organization.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and recordkeeping standards in the department.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of equipment.
What you’ll bring:
- You are a Certified Pharmacy Technician in New Hampshire and hold national certification. You also have your sterile compounding attestation from the State of NH Board of Pharmacy – all the credentials to excel in this role.
- You bring at least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician, with a preference for prior experience in a hospital setting. If you have compounding experience, that is a big plus!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are your forte. You can articulate ideas effectively and communicate with clarity.
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships comes naturally to you. You are a team player through and through.
