North Country HealthCare is the primary community health center in the area. In 1991, a small group of doctors and nurses, health and human service representatives, and consumers worked together to establish the Flagstaff Community Free Clinic. In 1996, the clinic transitioned from a volunteer organization into a state and federally funded community health center. Today, North Country HealthCare serves 11 communities across Northern Arizona, providing quality, evidence-based medical care to all while building healthier communities.

- Attractive total compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.

Qualifications
To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA.
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.
