Join Our Team as an Urgent Care Veterinarian at Long Lake Animal Hospital!

Long Lake Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced DVM to help them grow their Urgent Care team.

Traverse City, MI has become a favorite tourist destination, surrounded by beautiful lakes, vineyards, farmland, cherry trees, and a vibrant art & music community. Our hospital is located on the west side of Traverse City, walking distance to the public beach on Long Lake. Our hospital sits on 3.5 acres, backing up to a conservancy with hiking trails to a quiet lake; often a lunch break favorite!

About Our Clinic:

Long Lake Animal Hospital in Traverse City, MI is a full-service companion animal hospital with a commitment to continue to learn and offer the latest in therapies and treatments available for our patients. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventative care for young healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime. We do routine care as well as laser surgery, stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma treatments (PRP) and more. Our hospital is proudly accredited by AAHA. Our commitment to meeting the highest industry standards ensures that your furry companions receive the best possible care and attention they deserve.

Our Urgent Care hours will be open Saturdays and Sundays to best serve our community's needs. We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time schedules and are eager to discuss what will work best for you! Ideal Qualifications:

1+ years of experience
Michigan Veterinary License – active and in good standing
Urgent Care interest and/or experience a plus
Team-oriented mentality that supports our positive culture
Willingness to learn and grow using the many resources available
