Our four doctor, physician owned, pediatric practice is seeking a full-time board-eligible/board-certified pediatrician to join a well established, busy office. New physician will be stepping into growth position as another physician transitions to retirement. Experience a healthy work-life balance in a beautiful Northern Michigan beach town!

Key Responsibilities:

4-days per week in clinic
After hours nurse covers mommy calls
Guaranteed salary
Partner track if interested
Flexible start date within the next 3-12 months

Where You'll Work

Our physician owned practice opened its doors in 2011 and has been growing ever since! Our patients are our passion and we strive to deliver the best possible care to children from the newborn period through adolescence in a supportive and nurturing environment. We have a beautiful, family friendly, stand alone office with a pediatric specific EMR and a social worker in house. Call consists of healthy newborn nursery rounds (with time carved out of your clinic schedule to do so) and a half day in office on Saturdays. We have no delivery attendance, NICU or step down responsibilities. We share call evenly between providers including nights and weekends. 3rd party service covers “mommy calls” and Level II NICU support available for nursery call. We are searching for a full time provider interested in becoming a partner if the fit is good.

Our patients are our priority but our families and lives outside the office are just as important. We have built our private practice to reflect the importance of a balanced life for our doctors as well as the rest of our staff. We feel strongly that answering to ourselves rather than a corporation or hospital system has made us better physicians, spouses, partners and happier human beings in general.
