A day in the role...
* Will obtain pre-certifications for radiology services for oncology
* Responsible for utilizing physician notes, medical records and clinical documentation to obtain authorizations
* Communicating with clinical teams, patients and the pharmacy
* Providing clinical information to the insurance companies
Necessary Skills and Strengths:
* Radiology Experience | Authorizations | Insurance Verification
Core Experience:
* Prior Authorization Experience
* Radiology experience preferred
* Insurance Payer Portal
* Medical Terminology
