Job Description
A Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs, and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.
Service Areas: Hawthorne, Gardena, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Rolling Hills, and surrounding areas.
Sign-On Bonus: $750
Compensation: $26 - $32 Per Hour - Full time, based upon experience; Promotion opportunity to Program Supervisor (salaried) based upon experience.
This position may require the candidate to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with all vaccination requirements set forth by Intercare funding sources.

Job Skills/Credentials/Experience:
- Completed Masters degree in a relevant field.
- In progress with BCBA preferred.
- Strong ABA and clinical skills.
- Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings consistently.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Bilingual skills valued.
