As an ER RN, you'll play a critical role in providing rapid assessment and intervention for patients experiencing acute medical emergencies, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.
Position: RN Emergency Room - Full-time

Shift: 12-hour nights
Salary: $72,000.00 - $94,000.00
Bonus Details:
Qualified candidates who commit to a three-year employment agreement will receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and self-management techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of one year of experience in an emergency room setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
