Administrative Director of OR, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, Endo, Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehab Service Lines for a healthcare organization in South Austin, TX.
The Director will have RN, BSN, MSN preferred, and experience as Administrative Director of Surgical Services Service Lines, with 6+ years in a Director role of Service Lines.
Principal Duties:
Maintains oversight and direction for the departments of OR, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, PAT, Endo, Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, and Cardiac Rehab.
Develops, implements, and evaluates policies, standards, educational services, and programs that support the departments.
Education and Experience Required:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Masters in Nursing/BSN required.
Licensure, Certification or Registration Required:
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas and current certificate in BCLS.
Licensure, Certification or Registration Preferred:
Certificate in ACLS.
