The Hospital Nurse Educator will be responsible for leading with the best in evidence-based practices to promote patient satisfaction and employee engagement. The Clinical Nurse Educator will work in conjunction with the Department Managers to develop, present, and implement educational programs and performance improvement projects. As Nurse Educator, this clinical leader will evaluate clinical competencies, serve as a consultant to their staff, establish consistency, and promote RNs to pursue further certifications.
Clinical Nurse Educators with their Registered Nurse licensure, Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience with a passion for leading with evidence-based practices, are encouraged to apply.
